Wanda Spangler 84 of Stanton passed away Monday, April 1, 2024 at the Ridgeway Nursing Home. She was born March 25, 1940 in Maysville to James and Beulah Fryman. She was a former Dollar General Store employee and a member of the Church of God. She is survived by a son David “Bo” Spangler (Carol), a daughter Kim Means (Jeff), seventeen grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, two brothers Paul Fryman and David Fryman (Bonnie). She was preceded in death by parents, a son Jeff Spangler, two daughters Connie Buffington, Watonia Campbell, a grandson Bobby Gill, granddaughter Sarah Horn, three brothers Billy Fryman, Morgan Fryman, James Fryman and a sister Mary Ruth Powell. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Timmy Prudin officiating. Friends may visit Friday from 12 PM till time of the service. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Stanton. Family ask in Lieu of flowers donations be made to Grayson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
