Obituary

David “Bimbo” Strange 68 of Clay City passed away January 30, 2023 at his residence. He was born January 5, 1955 in Cincinnati, OH to Steve Strange and Shirley Patrick. He was a retired contractor. He is survived by three sons Jesse Rogers, David Strange, Jason Strange, two daughters Mary Strange, Crystal Gibson, seventeen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two brothers Jerry Lee Scott, Doug Scott, and a sister Rejeana Scott. He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Patrick Scott, his dad Jerry Scott, his biological father Steve Strange, a brother Terry Scott and a sister Mary Alice Strange. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, January 2, 2023 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Eugene McIntosh officiating. Friends may visit Thursday from 11 AM Till time of the service. Burial follow in the Patrick Cemetery. Pall bearers are Anthony Richardson, Danny Richardson, Mark Crowe, Ronald Allen and Korie Hall. Honorary pallbearers are Jonathon Rogers and Adam Rogers. Family ask that in Lieu of flowers donations be made to Grayson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
