Cecil H Embry

Cecil H. Embry 81, husband of Lois Embry passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. He passed peacefully after a long illness. He was born March 19, 1941 in Beaver Dam, KY. He was raised by his sister Ruby Potts. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and worked at Georgia Pacific and Hobart. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Denisa Omohundro (Barry) two stepsons William Spencer (Kelly) and Robert Spencer. Two grandchildren Sara and Laurel Omohundro. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Jack Embry and a sister Ruby Potts. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the Grayson Funeral Home in Clay City. Friends may visit Thursday from 1PM till time of the services. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
