Annie Gail Purvis 1 day old infant passed away Tuesday February 18, 2020 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is survived by her parents Christy Garrett and Brian Purvis, of Owingsville, four brothers Raylan Garrett of Owingsville, Zachary Marrs of Georgetown, Brian Taylor Purvis of Owingsville, Joseph Scott Purvis, Maternal Grandparents Jamie and Kathy Garrett of Mt. Sterling, Bobby and Lisa Martin of Mt. Sterling. She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents Charles Purvis and Judy Blades. Lynda Lou Ballard 69 of Stanton passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester after a short Battle with cancer. She was born November 6, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Nova and Della Curtis. She was formerly employed at Nestle and was a member of the Church of Deliverance in Clay City. George Bard 77 husband of Marjorie Bard of Clay City passed away Thursday, February 5, 2020 at the University Of Kentucky Hospital. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia October 5, 1942 to Gale and Elizabeth Bard. He was retired from the Forestry Department and was a member of the Stanton Baptist Church where he was a Deacon. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Bard of Clay City, a daughter Elizabeth Baez and her husband Brandon of Nicholasville, six grandchildren Chris Lasley, Alida Lasley, Hunter Baez, Mason Baez, Shawna Townsend, Emily Townsend and a Brother Jim Bard.
