He is survived by one son Jason Smallwood of Stanton, granddaughter Alexa Bradshaw of Stanton, two sisters Kathy Smallwood of Stanton and Terry Smallwood. He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin L. and Pauline Smallwood, three sisters Alice Welch, Linda Kelly and Peggy Bowen.
