She is survived by her husband Chadwick Horn of Lexington, three sons Chadwick Horn II of Clay City, Micah Horn of Clay City, Brantley Horn of Lexington, a sister Alicia Spangler of Lexington, Grandmother Wanda Spangler of Stanton and Grandfathers Kenny Boerger and Leston Elliott. She was preceded in death by her parents Jeff and Bonnie Spangler. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel Friends may visit from 11 AM till time of service. Burial will be in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
